All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This is the time required to prepare your lamps for shipping, including quality checks and secure packaging. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard free shipping within the United States. The typical delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your lamp’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep. Shipping Delays

International Shipping

At this time, Lamplod.com only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are constantly working to improve our services.

Tracking Shows Delivered But Not Received?

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
