Return & Refund Policy

Lamplod LLC wants every customer to be satisfied with their order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The item is not marked as a final sale or non-returnable
• You can provide a valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return
To begin a return, contact us by email at contact@lamplod.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (especially for damaged or incorrect items). We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lamplod LLC will cover the return shipping cost.
In all cases, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items showing signs of use or wear
• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@lamplod.com. Include your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
