1. What products does Lamplod sell?

We specialize in handcrafted Moroccan lamps designed to add warmth and character to any space. Each piece is carefully made and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.


2. Where does Lamplod ship?

We currently ship only within the 50 United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.


3. How long does shipping take?
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Total estimated timeframe: 4–10 business days

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.


4. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be changed or canceled.


6. What if my order says delivered but I haven’t received it?
  • Confirm your shipping address

  • Check with neighbors or building staff

  • Contact the carrier directly
    If unresolved, email us with your order number and tracking link. We’ll investigate and assist with a solution.


7. What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Change of mind: Must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.

  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us with photos; no return required, and a refund will be issued.

  • Wrong item received: We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a refund.

  • Package never arrived: If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.


8. How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@lamplod.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions or a return label if applicable.


9. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order lamps

  • Used items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days


10. How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. You’ll get an email once your refund is issued to your original payment method.


11. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, return the original and place a new order.


12. How is my personal data protected?
